Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Trintaflow platform available at ligavoire.mom. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Definitions
The following terms apply throughout this document:
- Platform refers to the website, services, courses, and related digital content operated by Trintaflow and accessible at ligavoire.mom.
- User refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise interacts with the Platform.
- Account refers to the registered profile created by a User to access features of the Platform.
- Content refers to all text, video, audio, graphics, code, course materials, and other information made available through the Platform.
- We, Us, Our refers to Trintaflow and its authorised representatives.
- You, Your refers to the User accessing or using the Platform.
2. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 16 years of age, or have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent if you are younger.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
- You are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law or regulation.
- All information you provide during registration or use is accurate, current, and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse access to any User who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Creating an Account
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an Account. When registering, you agree to provide truthful and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date.
3.2 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
3.3 Unauthorised Access
You must notify us immediately at info@ligavoire.mom if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.4 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other Users or the Platform.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes, unless you hold a written agreement with us granting additional rights. You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
Permitted uses include:
- Accessing and completing courses and learning materials for personal skill development.

You must not, under any circumstances:

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.
- Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications or spam.
- Circumvent any access controls, digital rights management, or licensing mechanisms.
- Share Account credentials or allow third parties to access your Account.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to course videos, written materials, graphics, software, trademarks, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Trintaflow. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for your personal educational purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any Content.
6.3 User Submissions
If you submit, post, or upload any content to the Platform, including comments, forum posts, or project files, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence.
6.4 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by us freely without any obligation to compensate you or keep such information confidential.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Accessing third-party resources is at your own risk, and you should review their respective terms and policies.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
8.1 Pricing
Certain Content or features may require payment. All applicable fees will be displayed clearly before you complete a purchase. Prices are stated inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at the point of sale.
8.2 Billing
By providing payment information, you authorise us or our payment processors to charge the applicable fees. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain accurate and up to date.
8.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the refund policy communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, digital content that has been accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, contact us at info@ligavoire.mom.
8.4 Subscription Renewals
If you subscribe to a recurring plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation instructions are available within your Account settings.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it carefully.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
- Any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or the equivalent of ten United States dollars (USD 10).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trintaflow and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of or access to the Platform.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
- Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform.
13. Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part of it.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
15. Termination
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Platform. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. 17. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or other lawful dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Trintaflow to be effective.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trintaflow with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
